Arlesey is a small town in the country of Bedfordshire, situated on the River Hiz and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. There is a thriving community with a population of around 5,000 people. The town is well-connected to other parts of Bedfordshire and London, with easy access to the A1 and M1 motorways. There is also a local railway station providing services into London, Stevenage and Peterborough which then allows access to some of the other major train routes.

The town has a range of amenities, including shops, pubs, and restaurants. There are also several schools already in the area, making t an ideal place for families to live. The town hosts an annual carnival and has several sports clubs and facilities in the area for all to enjoy. However, Chare Farm is part of the larger redevelopment of Arlesey East of around 900 new homes and as part of this redevelopment they will also be building an extra care unit, new primary school, retail and associated services.

Chase Farm introduces new homes aimed predominantly at families, comprising of one-, two-. Three- and four- bedroom houses for both Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent. Each house has been thoughtfully designed with energy efficiency being placed at the heart of the design, with all homes being built to achieve an EPC A rating.

Chase farm is being built in partnership with Miller Homes and is part-funded by Homes England from the Affordable Homes Programme.

It is anticipated that all homes will be completed by late 2027.
