This 74-unit scheme is located situated in Addlestone, a town located in Surrey England, about 10miles northeast of Guildford. 46 homes will be available for affordable rent and 30 for shared ownership, providing a range of maisonettes and houses to meet local need. All homes have been built to a high standard and designed to achieve an EPC A rating.

Addlestone is the largest settlement in the Borough of Runneymede and boasts its own train station, where travel to London Waterloo only takes 1 hour and 30minutes, or 8 minutes to neighbouring town Weybridge. Addlestone contains a range of amenities that residents of Clifton Garden Centre will get to enjoy, including shops, supermarkets and a doctors surgery.

Clifton Garden Centre is part-funded by Homes England from the Affordable Homes Programme 2021-26 and built in partnership with Stonebond Contractors.

These homes are expected to be completed in early 2028.
