We recently built 130 affordable, high-quality homes in Whittlesey. 65 properties were made for social rent and 65 were made for shared ownership. We started the work in 2023 and finished in summer 2025.
The scheme offers a selection of two-bed, three-bed and four-bed properties across 10 different home styles with green open spaces. Local schools, shops and other amenities are just a 20-minute walk away. The town has a weekly market and benefits from its own train station which links directly to Peterborough and Ely, making it easy to get to Cambridge, London and Stanstead Airport.
A large superstore near Whittlesey Green gained planning permission in 2022 and is expected to start construction shortly.
All homes will be EPC-rated A.
