Winter Ready: Technical Hub Training to Support Customers

Last week, our Technical Hub colleagues spent a couple of fantastic days training on all things gas, getting ready for the colder months. The training helped upskill the team so they can better support both our customers and contractors, making sure homes stay safe and warm.

The team were joined by experts from SureServe, who shared practical tips and technical advice on repairs. They covered soft fixes like repressurising boilers and defrosting condensate pipes, helping our team guide customers to safely help themselves.

This is a brilliant example of how we work closely with contractor partners and manufacturers to deliver first-time fixes, improve customer experience, and keep our communities safe and warm.
