We’re inviting customers to give a little time to make a big difference

Think you’ve got what it takes to pull up a seat at our table? Come and join one of our new customer involvement groups!  

We’ve had plenty of chats with customers over the past year and one message came through loud and clear: “We want a bigger voice.”  So – we’re opening the doors to a brand-new set of customer involvement groups, and we’d love you to grab a seat.  

There’s plenty for you to get involved with.

You could: 

  • Help us understand what matters most to you and how we can make services better now and in the future.  

  • Collect local views and feed them straight to decision makers.   

  • Champion clear, easy and jargon-free communications and help make info easier to understand  

  • Act as our customer ‘board of advisors’ tackling big cross-region issues.  

  • Play a key role in shaping high-level strategy while gaining valuable experience in governance.   

  • Influence real-world decisions about homes, services and neighbourhoods.  

  • Meet like-minded customers and Accent colleagues who care about the same things you do.  

  • Get clear “you said, we did” updates, so you can see exactly how your ideas land.  

How much of your time will we need?

We keep it flexible – most groups meet for a few hours every month or so. Join online, meet in person, or dip into bite-sized surveys when it suits you.
