We really value customer feedback about our services. It helps us to learn and make things better for customers.   

We would love to get a better understanding of what, how and when our customers want to receive news and updates from Accent. Your feedback will help to influence and shape how Accent communicates with customers in the future.  

The Regulator of Social Housing has set new expectations where landlords should provide their customers with communication that is relevant, timely, clear, useful and accessible.  We want to understand your views on some of these things, so we can make positive changes and improvements for customers.
