Conan joins Accent as Executive Director of Assets and Compliance and will lead work across repairs, maintenance, building safety and sustainability. His role is focused on making sure homes are safe, well-maintained and fit for the future, with strong checks and assurance in place.
Conan has extensive experience in housing and construction, including senior leadership roles overseeing large housing portfolios. He began his career in frontline roles and brings a strong understanding of how day-to-day services and long-term investment come together to support customers.
