Our Estate Services team helps look after the shared areas where you live. This includes communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, and support with aids and adaptations.
We work with trusted contractors to carry out this work. Our aim is simple: to keep shared spaces safe, tidy and pleasant for everyone.
Grounds maintenance
Our contractors help keep outdoor spaces looking their best. This includes:

Grass cutting every two weeks from March to October (weather permitting)

Monthly visits from October to February

Hedge cutting three times a year (outside of bird nesting season)

Tree checks and work based on advice from tree specialists

Fly-tipping removal through our contractor
