Last May Accent introduced Customer Champions to help build trust with customers and commit to continuous improvement.
Stacy, Helen and Jackie have been working hard throughout the year to improve areas where customers have told us we need to do better. They have given first-person insight and lived experience, reviewed feedback, scrutinised performance and made suggestions for improvement.
As part of the governance of our Customer Experience Committee, the three champions provide regular updates. For their annual report to Accent’s Board, they created this video which showcases all their hard work and achievements. You can read more about our Champions on our get involved page.
