Hi, I'm Dawn the scheme manager at Chapman Court.
I'm a full-time scheme manager, so you can find me on the scheme all week, Monday to Friday, from 9am - 5pm, I'll be on hand to help you settle in, show you around and introduce you to your new neighbours.
If you choose to live with us at Chapman Court, I promise you won't be disappointed. The combination of affordable rent and the security of living within a scheme like ours alongside neighbours with similar interests is what makes living here so appealing. It's also really conveniently located close to a large Morrison’s supermarket and the Neptune swimming and fitness centre. There's a bus stop just outside meaning it's easy to get around if you don't have your own car, and Middlesbrough town centre is just over half a mile away.
As well as the communal lounge and gardens we also have a fully-furnished guest room for your visitors, a quiet room, a laundry, and a hairdressing salon.
