Hi, I'm Vinny Watkins, Customer Partnership Manager at Accent.
I’ve been employed with Accent Housing for over 24 years, in which I’ve worked in a number of managerial roles across the North West & Yorkshire regions. I really enjoy working in the housing sector which give me the privilege to help people build homes & lives – which means it's much more than just a job to me.
As a Customer Partnership Manager, my aim is to ensure your customer partner delivers excellent customer services with every interaction, building partnerships from the moment you take your first home with us, and ensuring you are perfectly happy for the duration of your tenancy.
My main priorities for my team are being easy to contact whenever you need us, working closely with our repairs contractors to deliver repairs first time, and ensuring we are keeping you safe in your home.
