CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
My name is Jenny Baines and I am your Customer Partnership Manager for Yorkshire. I am excited to be a new member of the Accent Team, having previously been part of another large Yorkshire based social housing provider for the last 14 years. I started my journey in Social Housing as a Housing Assistant and since then I have had experience in a variety of roles and projects including Income Management, Tenancy Enforcement and Neighbourhood Management.
I love working in the sector because it is so much more than bricks and mortar, the people and its communities are really what is at the heart of social housing. It can be a challenging role but equally rewarding. I love working as part of a team to help make a positive difference to people’s lives, their homes and the communities in which they live.
The Accent Partnership is all about engaging with our customers and building trusted relationships. We will provide our customers with a named contact at Accent and we will take responsibility for ensuring that we will do what we say we will do. We will listen to you, our customers and we will take our responsibilities seriously. We expect a little in return, we will need to access to your homes for instance for our annual gas servicing programme but in the main our job at Accent is to ensure our customers live in safe and successful tenancies.
We might not say 'Yes' to everything you ask of us but the least you should expect is for us to explain our decisions clearly so that you know we have listened to you.
