CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hi, My name is Kat Wilson, I am one of the Customer Partnership Managers for Accent South, alongside Nathalie Antionet.
I have worked at Accent for two and a half years however I have worked in the Housing Sector for over ten years.
Throughout my Housing Career, I have been a Housing Support Worker, Neighbourhood Warden, Housing Officer and Tenancy Sustainability Manager, overseeing all Anti-Social Behaviour and Tenancy Sustainability.
There have been many changes in the housing sector over the last few years, providing huge variety and challenges, which is what I enjoy. Working in housing is incredibly rewarding. It is fantastic to know that your contribution really matters. Everyone needs somewhere decent and affordable to live, and being part of this process is so fulfilling. I believe that providing excellent customer service, and a personalised service for all our customers is what really matters and I know my team and the wider team at Accent share these same beliefs.
The new Accent Partnership is very exciting. It will provide each resident a single point of contact with their own dedicated Customer Partner, providing that personal service that each person needs and deserves. Residents will feel looked after, appreciated and have their voices heard. I want our Customer Partner’s to spend quality time with our customers, to provide the right level or support and resolve any issues that our customers mays have. I want our customers to have the confidence to know that their issues or concerns will be dealt with, and the Accent Partnership will allow this to happen.
As a Customer Partnership Manager I am very proud of the team we have at Accent.
