CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hi, My name is Mark Foster and I am one of the new Customer Partnership Managers in the North West Region.
I have been at Accent now for almost 6 years and have honestly loved every minute of it. I love Social Housing, and have been in the sector for over 20 years now. I have had numerous roles, from Housing Assistant to Homelessness Officer, to Project Worker in a Homeless Hostel. All of them great roles and very rewarding.
To me there is very little more important than Housing, be that social or private. It's where life is made and nurtured, and it is where we learn our values as we grow up. Within Social Housing, we can have an impact on that, by providing great homes for our tenants to raise their families. That is why I love the Accent journey ethos. We are supporting peoples present, and building peoples futures.
As a Customer Partnership Manager I am very proud of the team we have at Accent, and especially my team. I know our Customer Partners share my views on delivering excellent services to our tenants, we're all absolutely committed to becoming the best. By improving communication, delivering responsive services, and listening to our tenants that's what we aim to become.
