CUSTOMER PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hi, I’m Lucky Khan and I am one of the Customer Partnership Managers in the East.
Housing was my chosen profession as I wanted to make a difference to people’s lives and strongly feel that everyone has a fundamental right to safe, secure and affordable housing.
I have been with Accent for over 6 years and I have worked in housing for over 25 years and in that time held a variety of roles, from customer services to more recently a Contracts Manager working in repairs and maintenance. I hope to bring my broad based experience to the role of Customer Partnership Manager to make a difference to our resident’s lives.
I believe that the new structure we have now at Accent affords Customer Partnership teams the opportunity to lead and deliver excellent focused customer services to our residents; one which is responsive to the changing needs of our residents and supports our customers through their journey with us.
