Hi, I'm Paul your Housing Partner for Old Dean.
I have worked for Accent Housing since Jan 2017 , and have worked in the housing sector for over 15 years.
My favourite part about being a Housing Partner is working with and supporting as many residents as I can with reference to their home and or any concerns they may have, there are also many tools available to residents and avenues they may not be aware of which I can happily advise and signpost where needed.
I’m most looking forward to getting out on the schemes and being able to meet and discuss issues with residents directly and action any concerns to the relevant department and if repair related advise of the different methods the repairs hub can be contacted while also supporting with My Account registrations where technical support is required.
