We did: We invited all residents on this mixed tenure scheme to take part in a 'Meet the Team' community event. We introduced residents to the Customer Partner and the Homeownership Specialist for this area. We took reports of repairs and provided residents with more information about planned works. We carried out a survey to find out about more about residents' anti-social behaviour concerns. The local fire brigade also attended to promote road safety and the importance of keeping corridors and fire escapes clear.
