Forming a recognised Residents Association

One of the ways you can help us to provide a great service to homeowners is to form a residents’ association and work with us.

A residents’ association is a group of residents who come together to form a collective voice and resolve issues, either at their scheme, or to help all residents.

If you’re a resident in a single tenure block and you’re interested in starting a residents’ association, the best place to start is to talk to your neighbours to see if there is any interest in forming a group.

If you are already part of a residents’ association, have you thought about gaining formal recognition from us?

We fully support the setting up of formal residents’ associations, based on a number of conditions to ensure fairness and democracy.  We will be able to help you get started and offer some guidance and support.

Talk to us if you’d like to know more. A residents’ association really can help to improve services for everyone.
