  1. Apply
    All our vacancies are displayed on our dedicated website. Upon applying for a role with us you will be guided to create a candidate profile, which takes approximately 20 minutes. If there aren't any vacancies advertised at the moment that are right for you why not set up an account and sign up for job alerts?
  2. Interview
    Our interviews are usually done remotely or face-to-face. We will let you know who will be on the panel but this will always include the hiring manager. Each interview will vary dependent upon role, however we will ask a series of competency-based questions centred on our company values and ask for situation examples. If the interview is face-to-face our HR team will let you know which office and confirm the address. Our Shipley office address is Charlestown House, Acorn Park Industrial Estate, Charlestown, Shipley, BD17 7SW. Our Peterborough office address is West Point, Lynch Wood, Peterborough, PE2 6FZ. 
  3. Feedback
    During the interview we will advise you when to expect an outcome. Each hiring manager will arrange a time to provide you with feedback on your interview, whether you have been successful or not.
