Nici Audhlam-Gardiner
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nici has an extensive background in retail and commercial banking. Her current role is chief commercial officer at OneFamily, the third largest Mutual Friendly Society in the UK. Nici is accountable for commercial performance, sales and marketing, partnerships, propositions, and commercial risk. Nici also leads OneFamily’s sustainability, charitable and volunteering activity.
Nici was previously managing director of Saga Personal Finance and Saga Investment Services, and she has held senior roles at other major banking groups, including Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland. Nici has held several executive and non-executive board positions, including a non-executive role at Catalyst Social Housing Association, and she is currently a board member at OneFamily.
Nici graduated from Oxford University with a First-Class Degree in Biochemistry and achieved her MBA at Harvard Business School. She has represented Great Britain in Age-Group Triathlon and sits on the London Region Triathlon Board.
Nici is passionate about using her skills and experience to benefit Accent’s communities and deliver Accent’s social purpose.
