Nici Audhlam-Gardiner
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
She has an extensive background in retail insurance and banking, with a focus on working with member-owned businesses that share her values and desire to build financial resilience for everyday families.
Nici is the Chief Executive of Foresters UK.
Prior to Foresters, Nici was Chief Commercial Officer and executive member of the board at OneFamily, the third largest Mutual Friendly Society in the UK. She was previously Managing Director of Saga Personal Finance and Saga Investment Services, and has held senior roles at other major banking groups, including Santander and Royal Bank of Scotland.
Nici is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee member of Accent Social Housing Group and has previously been a non-executive at Catalyst Social Housing Group. She acts as a mentor for secondary school students to build their confidence and ambition for a tertiary education through Career Academies and Into University. Nici sees a safe place to live, financial wellness and a good education as foundations of a better future for individuals and their families.
Nici graduated from Oxford University with a First-Class Degree in Biochemistry and achieved her MBA at Harvard Business School. She has represented Great Britain in Age-Group Triathlon and sits on the London Region Triathlon Board.
Nici is passionate about using her skills and experience to benefit Accent’s communities and deliver Accent’s social purpose.
