Meet Alex Liburd, our Interim Executive Director of Assets and Compliance
Alex joined Accent in 2022, having previously held the role of Head of Property Services at bpha.
A dedicated and experienced leader in the social housing sector, Alex began his career as a repairs advisor in bpha’s contact centre. Following university, he returned to the organisation and progressed through a range of increasingly senior roles, developing extensive expertise across all areas of asset management.
His experience includes contract management, procurement, planned investment, responsive repairs and voids, aids and adaptations, and grounds maintenance. Alongside his professional development, Alex completed a second degree, graduating with First Class Honours in Construction Management.
In May 2025, he was appointed Interim Executive Director of Assets and Compliance at Accent.
