Last year, we sent all our residents a personal statement. It was about this time, and this year's statements will be ready soon.
Your personal statement contains lots of information about your home and the services you receive from us which we hope you find useful. It includes a reminder of who your customer partner is, a summary of your household details (so you can check they are all up to date), and details of any activities we have carried out in your local area, such as estate improvements.
Last year was the first time we issued personal statements and we asked what you thought of them. Thank you to everyone who let us know. Based on the feedback you gave us, we’ve made some improvements this year. (You can read about these here.)
Our leaseholders can also look forward to their first personal statement this year.
In the interest of value for money this year, if you have an online account (MyAccount) we’ll upload your personal statement to it. If you’re having problems logging in to MyAccount, these FAQs might help. Otherwise, please call us on 0345 678 0555 as soon as you can and we’ll sort it out. Most problems are simple to fix.
If you’ve not yet registered for MyAccount why not do it today? Registering will only take a few minutes, and once registered you'll be able to:
- Pay your rent/service charges online
- Check your account balance
- Report a repair and check the status of an existing repair
- Update your personal details
- Report anti-social behaviour
- Receive notifications
- Access important documents (tenancy/lease agreements, rent/service charge statements etc.)
As you can see there are lots of things you can check already on MyAccount and we'll be adding new features in the future.
