Flood Alerts
As if it wasn't already wet enough, the Met Office has issued around 85 flood alerts (as at 11.49 am today, 13 June 2019), and continuing forecasts of wind and rain for the next couple of weeks.
You can find out here if your nearby river is at risk of flooding by putting in your postcode or hovering over one of the alerts on the Met Office map.
The website also has some useful information about how to prepare for a flood and what to do if you find yourself or your home caught in one.
We've seen a few extra water related repairs over the past week or so but, hopefully not tempting fate, nothing too serious so far.
Stay safe in your home, but contact us if you need to report a repair - from floor or otherwise.
