All Offices Closed
On Friday 13 September, all our offices will be closed for staff training.
We’ve wanted to organise an all staff training day for a while. It means all our staff are having a chance to get out and about to other offices, get involved with things they wouldn't normally do in their day to day jobs, meet new colleagues and meet some residents in the process.
Although our offices are closed for the day, if you have any emergency repairs, please don’t worry. If you ring through as normal on 0345 768 0555 your call will go through to our out of hours service and be responded to.
If there are things you normally contact us for on a Friday, such as to pay your rent, we’ll be open on Thursday until 8pm and as normal on Saturday morning from 8am to 12pm.
