We are receiving a very high number of calls into our contact centre to report damage caused by Storms Dudley and Eunice.
Sadly, the storms have had a huge impact and our customers are facing a number of serious situations which we need to prioritise and get sorted for them.
For the moment, we need to focus on those customers who are in need of emergency repairs which puts themselves or others at risk. This means we need to ask for any other repairs, which aren’t emergencies, to be reported through MyAccount. If you do not have a MyAccount, this link explains how to set one up.

Our engineers are doing their best to attend to your emergencies within timescale, but they are also extremely busy.
