In September last year, we launched our new repairs and maintenance contracts.

By now, we expected our repairs performance would have started to settle down and deliver the service levels you have a right to expect from us. Unfortunately, this has taken longer than we hoped, but we are working hard to make sure the service improves. 

At the end of June, we reviewed the contracts. We looked closely at performance levels throughout the year and, although we are not doing as well as we would hope, we can assure you that things are improving. 

We will continue to work with all our contractors to make sure they reach the levels of performance we have agreed with them and, most importantly, provide a great service to you. This is a team effort from Accent, our contractors and our staff. We are providing more training to make sure your repairs are logged correctly and, within the next few days, we will be launching MyAccount our new customer portal. This will move more repairs online and improve how we diagnose repairs and make appointments to get them fixed. We will be much more efficient. 

We will continue to look at ways in which we can improve how we deliver your repairs services, improving performance for us and satisfaction and quality for you.
