Despite our promise to provide residents with a quality repairs service, we are still experiencing a number of issues with our repairs in the south.
This means that, in some cases, we are not making good on that promise. For that, we can only apologise to the residents concerned.
We have had a number of unexpected problems which we are trying to resolve and we can understand how these have left the residents affected upset and frustrated.
We are working as hard as we can with our contractors to put things right and we expect, within the next couple of weeks, for things to change for the better as we take on a new contractor. (More details to follow about the new contractor soon).
