Loyal Customer? You could be rewarded!

If you maintain a clear rent account, look after your home and provide feedback about our services from time-to-time, you are now eligible for rewards.

Plus, the longer you stay with us, the greater your chance of winning!

We consulted with over 500 customers to develop our new incentives scheme. They said we needed to do more for our loyal customers - so we have! To qualify, you just need to: 

  • Have been a tenant two years or more
  • Have a clear rent account (your rent should be paid in advance, as per your tenancy agreement)
  • Not be in breach of your tenancy (for example from anti-social behaviour)
  • Have provided feedback in some way in the last six months. (See below for details).

What could I win?

If you meet the above criteria, you will be entered into a monthly prize draw in which you could win £300 in decorating vouchers.

What are my chances of winning?

There is a maximum of one entry per household. You will receive one entry into the prize draw for every full year you have been a Accent resident (up to a maximum of 10 years). Five winners will be selected at random each month – one from each of our five regions. 

How can I provide feedback?

Next time you call our contact centre, or have a repair carried out, please take part in the text message or email survey that follows. Your feedback not only helps us to improve our services but it will enter you into the prize draw.  

Your feedback from non-routine surveys and consultations counts too – and we very much value your participation.

How will I know if I have won?

The prize winners will be selected on the 1st of each month and we will let them know personally.
