As from Tuesday 2nd May 2023, our gas servicing contract with TSG in the East region will mutually end, and we will have a new gas contractor for the region – Aaron Services.
Aaron Services already work with many housing associations across the region, and they have the skills and experience they need to deliver that quality of service we promise to deliver to you.
Aaron have already worked with us on occasions, which means they have already got to know some of our customers and their homes. They understand the high quality, value for money service we need them to provide.
We are currently working to make sure everything switches over behind the scenes and that our colleagues have everything they need to make sure the new contract settles in and runs smoothly.
This is an exciting time for us in our plans to improve the services we provide to you, and we are very much looking forward to working with Aaron Services.
