New Gas Contractors Starting Soon
In the south and east, your new gas contractor will be TSG (https://www.tsgplc.com/)
In the North West, our new contractor is Hadfield & Britain (http://www.hadfieldandbritainltd.co.uk/).
We are really excited to be working with our new contractors. They already know and work in your area so they have local people who can respond quickly and reliably when you need something done. They are both known for doing a great job, and for being well-run and stable companies with strong values and ethics, which is really important to us.
The new contracts start on 1 April 2020 and the contractors will be in touch with you to make an appointment when your service is due. You may hear from them before this date if your annual service is due in the next few weeks.
If you already have an appointment booked, it will go ahead as planned.
As always, please check that anyone visiting your home, for gas servicing or anything else, has the proper identification. Our contractors, and any other legitimate visitors, will be only too happy to show you proof of who they are. If you ever doubt anyone, contact us on 0345 678 0555.
