As from Monday 12 June 2023, our gas servicing contract with TSG in the South region will mutually end, and we will have a new gas contractor for the region – K&T Heating.
K&T were formed in 1988 and are part of the Sureserve Group. They already work with local councils, other housing associations and charities across the south east, and they have the skills and experience needed to deliver that quality of service we promise to deliver to you. K&T are focussed on their customer service and understand the high quality, value for money service we need them to provide.
We are currently working behind the scenes to make sure everything switches over and that our colleagues have everything they need to make sure the new contract settles in and runs smoothly.
Although the contract does not start officially until 12 June, it is possible you will start to get appointments booked with K&T from 1 June, as there will be some crossover until our existing contract with TSG ends and the new one with K&T begins.
This is an exciting time for us in our plans to improve the services we provide to you, and we are very much looking forward to working with K&T.
