Our Manor House office in Peterborough is now being converted into much needed affordable rented homes. We took some footage from inside and outside last week, so you can see what's been happening, and how the new flats are starting to take shape.

Here's what we'll be building

• Phase 1: 6 x 1 bed flats (completed January 2018)
• Phase 2: 3 x 2 bed flats and 8 x 1 bed flats
• Phase 3: 14 x 1 bed flats

Phases 2 and 3 are due for completion in early 2019.

The re-development of both our Manor House office in Peterborough and our Jeremy Downs House office in Bradford, form part of our ambitious plans to develop 2000 new homes by 2023.
