In September last year, we introduced our new repairs and maintenance contracts.
They were designed to be more efficient, save money (for more investment into your homes), and to provide you with a more reliable and consistent service.
By mutual agreement, the contract with our current provider in the southern region, MD Group, will come to an end on 3 December 2018.
Ensuring that your comfort at home has always been, and always will be, our top priority, and from 8am on Monday 3 December, we will begin the smooth transition of our repairs and maintenance service in the south to replacement contractors.
We are now looking at how best to deliver your repairs and maintenance service in the future. Any repairs currently on order will continue to be completed by MD Group, ensuring the smoothest transition possible.
Over the next few month, and as the service changes over to other contractors, we will be making more improvements to your repairs and maintenance service. We will keep you updated.
