40,000 New Homes In 20 Years
We have teamed up with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority and 14 other housing associations in a partnership to build 40,000 new homes over the next 20 years.
The Homes for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough initiative will use £170m of Government grant to build a mix of homes for open market sale and affordable rent, representing an investment of around £4bn.
It's a huge boost for the area and the local economy and we are delighted to be involved.
