To make sure our colleagues have the opportunity to pay their respects to Her Majesty and commemorate her reign, we will close for business on Monday 19 September 2022.
This means our out-of-hours service will run over the weekend and continue throughout Monday until 8am on Tuesday 20 September.
Please report any emergencies as you would normally using our out-of-hours service. We will be back in person at 8am on Tuesday.

Following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II our thoughts and condolences are with the Royal Family at this sad time.
The Queen devoted a lifetime of service to the UK and Commonwealth and provided unfaltering and compassionate stewardship through the most difficult times. We will remember the Queen for these qualities.
We are facing a challenging time ahead, and in the Queen’s honour, we will continue to mirror her humility and compassion as we work to deliver the very best services for our customers.
