The first of our 48 new homes in Eccleshill, Bradford, which are being built for us by Keepmoat Homes, have been completed, and we have residents lined up to move in.
A Huge Development
Our 48 new homes form part of a huge development project for Keepmoat on the site of an old quarry. The development, known as the Vision, will have almost 600 homes in total across two sites when completed. The average starting price for one of the three bed homes for private sale will be around £225,000. We have acquired 48 of the homes to provide affordable housing for rent and sale with an investment of around £7million.
Vision is due to be completed in phases throughout 2021 and 2022. Our 48 homes will follow that timeline. There is a great need for affordable homes throughout the local community, so it has been really positive that construction has been allowed to continue throughout the coronavirus pandemic and to see our new homes completed on time.

Not only will they be the first residents to live in our new homes, they will be the first residents to be part of what promises to be a real up and coming vibrant community.”
