The weather has caused havoc across the country over the last few days and many of our residents have been seriously affected.
We have taken over 2.500 calls over the past two days alone, and we are responding to 100 more emergencies than normal.
To make sure we are helping the residents who need us most, we are switching to an emergency only service from today until 1pm tomorrow afternoon.

We aim to resume normal service as soon as possible and we will let you know what's happening over our Twitter and Facebook accounts.
