Our COVID-19 Plan
As you know, our priority at all times is to keep you safe and comfortable in your homes.
With the outbreak of COVID-19, (Coronavirus), we want to assure you that we are looking closely at what we need to do to help prevent the disease spreading and minimise the risk to you and our colleagues.
Our teams are closely monitoring the situation, and working with all our partners, to ensure we can continue with business as usual.
We are currently working hard in the background on a number of plans to get us through the crisis over the coming months, which include not only how we minimise the risk of spreading the virus to you and your family, but how we continue to provide services to you.
We are going to set up a new area on our website this week, which will have links to all the official information sources about the virus and how to stay safe. This will be live by 18 March 2020. Please use this new page to stay up to date with any decisions we may need to make.
Our senior managers are meeting every day and we are working around the clock to make sure your services are as unaffected as possible.
