When our offices are closed our out of hours service is available in case of any emergencies. Please ring through as usual and your call will be redirected.
If your repair is not urgent, please use your MyAccount to report it and we will respond when we are back. You may also find our DIY repair videos useful for any minor issues you may have, such as bleeding a radiator.
We do not monitor our social media accounts when we are closed, so please ring through if you need to report an emergency.
