Understanding what you really think and feel about our services

We are changing the way we collect feedback from you about the services we provide.

We want to understand what you really think and feel about them. 

From 15 August, you may receive a satisfaction survey by text or email asking you just two questions:

  • How satisfied are you with the service you have received - on a scale of 1-5.
  • What is the reason for your score, (which has an option to leave a comment).

The feedback we collect from you will be used to rate and improve our services to you.
