The development is attractively designed and will appeal to young families, with ten different home styles and green open space.

This scheme is located within 20 minutes’ walk of local schools, shops and amenities. A large superstore adjacent to the development received planning permission in 2022 and is expected to start construction shortly. The town has a weekly market and benefits from its own train station which links directly to Peterborough and Ely and provides easy access to Cambridge, London and Stanstead Airport.

This scheme is built in collaboration with Allison Homes. For every property built, they are donating £100 to a local charity.

Homes will be built to EPC B energy rating.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Allison Partnerships to provide these high-quality new homes, in an area where they are most needed. The homes at Whittlesey are designed to meet customer needs, in a range of styles and sizes, and centred around local amenities to create a thriving community.
