In February 2021, we took handover of the first seven homes at Fordham, Ely from award winning housing developer, Hill.
When completed the development at Rayners Green will consist of a mixture of 21 new two, three and four bedroom homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. The much needed affordable homes will be allocated to people with a local connection to the area. The second phase of 14 homes are due for handover later this year.
