The development 72 new homes is on the site of the former Lifestyle Garden Centre, adjacent to the Johnson Community Hospital, it is situated 2 miles (3.2km) north from the centre of Spalding.
Detailed Planning Approval for the development was secured in December 2019, in partnership with Kaplan Property Group and construction works commenced January 2020. The scheme is was constructed by GEDA Construction, in partnership with the design architects, Corporate Architecture, with work on the site completed in March 2022.
