This development of 27 new homes for shared ownership and affordable and social rent is in Daubeney Gate, in the popular district of Shenley Church End in central Milton Keynes.
A scheme of 73 dwellings (combined) in total, Accent have secured the 27 affordable homes by way of a Section106 planning obligation, with a defined mix of 19 homes for affordable and social rent and 8 for shared ownership. The main developer of the site is Taylor Wimpey, planning permission was granted in September 2021, with work due to commence in the spring of 2022.
