Keepmoat commenced work on the first phase of Accent units in October 2019 and were due to hand over in June 2020, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic the site was closed for 2 months in spring 2020. The first phase eventually handed in December 2020 and we will continue to take units on a phase by phase basis until July 2022.
All of the properties have been designed to be energy efficient so that residents can heat their homes affordably.
