We were absolutely delighted to be named as 24Housing's Customer Service Provider of the Year in their annual awards ceremony on 12 October.
We beat off another six associations to take the title for our national contact centre.
It was third time lucky for us at the awards, which were held in Coventry. It was a great night with lots of other housing associations awarded for their services.
We will hopefullly be there again next year.
