Staff Conference - Wednesday 6th March

On Wednesday 6th March, we are holding an all-staff conference.

Staff from all over Accent are attending. It is an important training event. We’ll be talking about our future priorities, what we need to do as a business to stay strong for our customers, and sharing ideas on how we continue to improve our services for all our customers, present and future.

Because all staff are attending the event, it means that, on the day, there will only be very limited staff cover for genuine emergencies.

If you have a repair emergency on the day, please contact us on the usual number, 0345 678 0555, and you will be asked to hold for further options. At that point, your call will be re-routed to our out-of-hours service, who will respond accordingly.

You can also use your MyAccount to report repairs that are not urgent. If your repair is a minor one, why not take a look at our repair videos to see if you can sort it yourself? We have a number of videos explaining how to bleed a radiator, unblock a toilet and much more.

Repairs can be reported as normal when we re-open at 8am on Thursday 7th March.

Please bear with us if our lines are busier than usual when you call, we will respond to everyone, based on the urgency of their call, as soon as we can.
