Important System Updates This Week

Between 8pm on Thursday 14 March and 8am on Friday 15 March 2024, we will be carrying out some essential systems updates to make sure our services continue to run efficiently.

The systems affected are MyAccount and our online application system, Let’s Move. Our out-of-hours service may also be affected as our contractors will not be able to access customer information whilst these updates are being carried out. 

If you need to contact us between these hours, we are sorry for any inconvenience you may experience. We expect to be fully up and running again by 8am on Friday morning, and we will update you if these timings change.

We will be adding messages to MyAccount and Let's Move for customers who may not see this update.
