Engaging with our residents and getting them involved with helping to improve our services is a priority for the Accent Group.
We have a new Group structure and we introduced a new Resident Engagement Strategy in 2013. Now we have asked housing specialists Housing Quality Network (HQN) to come in and assess how well we are doing. Their consultant Sue Farrant will be travelling around the regions in March and April talking to residents and staff but she won’t be able to meet everyone. So, if you have an opinion on resident involvement in Accent or have an idea you’d like to share with Sue, you can contact HQN on 01904 557 197 or by emailing email@example.com. They want any comments by the end of April and their report will go to the Accent Residents Panel on 14 July.
