From today, we're launching our new ‘personal, modern and better’ service offer.
We have changed the way we run our business. We look different, work differently and provide our services in a different way, all of which will offer our residents excellent quality and value for money by putting them at the heart of our business.
One of the changes we’ve made is to launch our new website – let us know what you think. It’s been designed to be responsive which means it will display differently depending on what device you're using. So reading and navigating through our site on a smart phone or tablet will now be much easier than before. That's not all, we're planning to continually improve the site with further enhancements planned for the new year. These will include creating an interactive residents' portal; which will allow you to view your rent statements and history of repairs on-line.
